Payment
We accept payment via PayPal or Cheque.  Goods will not be sent out until clearance of monies are received.

Product Availability
The brand name of some products may change without notice due to availability.

Bulk Buy
Some bulk buy items are not kept in stock but will be obtained from the Wholesalers within 1-2 days subject to the Wholesaler having stock of the item.  In the majority of cases if an order is placed before 3.00pm Monday - Thursday then the item will be obtained the next day.  If ordered before 3.00pm Friday's then the item will be obtained for you the following Monday.

Returns and Cancellations
At Paws ’r’ Busy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not happy, please return the item(s) within 7 days and we will exchange, replace or refund your purchase  at your request – subject to the following conditions:-

The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions etc. and must be in an unused condition ready for re-sale.

A proof of purchase must be supplied.

If the product sent out by Paws ’r’ Busy is incorrect – Paws ’r’ Busy will pay for any return / re-delivery of the replacement item costs.  However, if you have simply changed your mind or wish to exchange an item for something else, then it is your responsibility to pay for the return of the item(s).  In the case of replacement item(s), these will incur carriage costs as well.

In addition, as a valued customer, you have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, without being obliged to give any reasons for cancellation. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is return the goods bought on-line to Paws ’r’ Busy within the 7 working day period.

Clearance Box - unfortunately Paws 'r' Busy are unable to accept returns on any items purchased from the Clearance Box unless they are faulty.  Items that have been advertised as slightly damaged and reduced in price will however not be accepted.

Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us for a full refund or replacement.  Faulty/damaged goods are fully re-fundable inclusive of delivery and return costs of the faulty/damaged goods.

You must report any damaged or missing items to Paws ’r’ Busy within 48 hours of receipt.
We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.

Please do not return any goods without contacting us first, either by email: sales@pawsrbusy.co.uk or telephone: 07866 212047 between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. A Goods Return Number (GRN) will be issued and MUST be quoted on all returned goods.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service when returning your item(s) as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.

Despatch of Goods
Most stock items are delivered within 3 – 5 working days and we generally use Royal Mail.  Delivery of larger items or to overseas may take slightly longer 5 – 10 working days.

Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Items out of Stock
You will always be notified if your item(s) is/are not in stock, we will place it on back order and you should allow up to 14 working days for delivery.  However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Liability
We will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.

Your email address
Your email address will only be used to contact you regarding your order and occasionally we will send out any special offers that you may be interested in relating to our products.

Packaging
Here at Paws 'r' Busy we are doing our best to minimise the impact our business has on the environment and we try and re-use as much packaging as possible, therefore you may receive your items in a box that has been used before - but please be assured that all items shipped are brand new.

Other
Goods on our site have been displayed as accurately and fairly as possible, but are subject to the available reproduction techniques.

We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice, however, orders that have been accepted by Paws ’r’ Busy will be charged at the price at the time of ordering.

By placing orders with Paws ’r’ Busy you as the customer confirm that you agree to supply the correct details required to process your order.  Paws ’r’ Busy can not be held responsible if incorrect details are given with the order that may result in the delay or non delivery of goods.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.
